Refund and Returns Policy

  • Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Some items cannot be returned. These include:
    • Products which are not purchased from our store i.e. www.Interiow.com
    • Orders sent as Gifts
    • Zero amount orders i.e free items
    • Non-returnable items:
      • Gift cards
      • Downloadable software products

Proof of Purchase

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Our Customer Care team may ask for additional details, such as the email address used when placing the order or other relevant information to verify your purchase.

Please do not return items to the manufacturer’s address on the product label.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted, including for:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the return and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days i.e. depends on Banks it may takes 7-15 days post return approval.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns are without any additional cost. limited to First time return only.
  • For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
