1. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver across USA and UK. If you reside outside USA /UK and wish to place an order, please contact our support team at care@interiow.com.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Standard shipping for orders and deliveries done within 4-7 days
- Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost based on real time shipping quotes by courier partners deliveries done within 1-2 business days.
4. Delivery Timeframe
- Based on Type of Shipping methods selected during checkout i.e. Standard or Express Shipping
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order status on our website using tracking number number.
6. Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability, our courier partner will make one additional attempt. If delivery fails again, the order will be returned to us. To avoid such cases kindly provide accurate shipping address during checkout.
- For re-dispatch, additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or restricted zones.
- Certain large or fragile items may require special handling and delivery arrangements, with additional cost which will be communicated during checkout.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to care@interiow.com with photos or recorded videos of the damaged items however we allowed 7 day return time, but to avoid such delays better to inform us, as earliest so that replacement process can be initiated.
- In case of missing items, contact our support team immediately for assistance.
9. International Shipping
Currently, international shipping is limited to UK. However, we are working on expanding our reach globally and will update our policies accordingly.
10. Changes to Shipping Address
- Address changes can be made within 24 hours of placing an order by contacting our customer support team.
- Once an order has been shipped, address changes will not be possible.
